Bringing in silage for another farmer on a long haul from his furthest fields away back to the silage clamp. Started in the day light and finished in the pitch black at 1am the following day after being up for 18 hours. It was a 45 minute round trip for 10 mins in the field loading the wagon.

Slurry spreading to get the grass growing.
New subscriber. Brilliant video 💪🏻 🏴
Thankyou.
hey im a canadian dairy farmer who uses a pull type new holland chopper, thinking about going the forage wagon route. What are the advanatages/ disadvantages between a chopper and a forage wagon?, why did you go with the forage wagon, and do you have any issues with chop length for your silage. Cheers and thanks for the videos
The advantages for us was less staff needed and keeps cost down. One disadvantage is you are not going g to clear as much ground as when you are travel to and from the field there is nothing being picked up. The cow they have got like longer forage length.
Hi my cousin has a similar pottinger that you traded in and a similar strutman that your using to cover 140 acres 1 st cut. I believe the strutman has better blades to make the grass shorter for the clamp and maybe Carrie a little more grass … enjoy using your machine. What is the tractor horse power. 👍
We have done about 400 acres with it now and we are getting more grass in it then the old pottinger wagon. We are running it on a massey ferguson 6615 150hp boost to about 165-170hp.
Very nice drone footage and music . Can you please tell me if you know of the Giants Well in the area . I can't really find any info about it and someone said the government closed it off to the public ... it's not the well at the what is or was Trentcom castle .
The Gaint's Well is on Saints Michael's Mount where you take the path up to the castle.
Hi, is that a MF 5613 your driving,on the straw chopper ? Congratulations on your little boy and keeping his mum happy ….. you all keep safe and well 👌
It a MF 5713s we are using on the straw chopper. 2nd year with the straw copper and like it alot.
Thankyou for showing some hedge trimming and how it’s fitted to the tractor, keep safe and well 👍
Well done working with your combination on this time consuming job but has to done 👍
Cleared the 5 fields 140 bales in under 4 hours
I changed one on my friends 59 plate 5455, as you said these bottles catch the sun without the black bonnet cap 👍
This one is a 11 plate and never has the black cap from new as the cap was above the bonnet
Where u live
No have not gone live yet
Hi
super video nothing more anoying than rain when ya nearly there
It was just on the last 2 loads the weather came in. Lasted for about 30 mins then went.
Good to see the kit because I wasnt there
Great video
Good video there. Not too sure about the music. When we watch tractor videos, good to hear the tractor. Keep up the good work. Your yard seems massive. Any chance of an aerial view. 🚜 those old masseys just keep going, great mechanics
Great Job !
A very well named chopper 😂
Very nice footage, if you can follow me back to help. Thanks:)
Was done when the light was going and on manual video settings. I have followed you back.
@@craigbuckinghamsouthwestfarmer Is it allowed to fly over that castle?
@@dronelegacy403 they don't like drones on the island. I was on the main beach where I took off from and 350 feet up.
@@craigbuckinghamsouthwestfarmer is getting difficult to fly drones nowadays :(
@@dronelegacy403 don't tell me. With all the new rules they are making it hard.
Are you in a cherry picker or is that drone footage?
It is drone footage taken with the DJI Mavic Air 2 and a GoPro Hero 7 Black on the sign post
Smart!!
Thankyou. Took a bit of time to edit.
Great video, how do you find the pottinger wagon?
It works well for us. We have been running one for about the for about 10 years. It all runs with a hand full of staff as we do all are own cutting, tedding, raking and buckraking.
Good video. How many tonne of grass would the europrofi hold in a good tight load.
