    Field nation is dying. I have been on field Nation for over 10 years now. This is the first year, where I'm unable to make a living. In the past, you would be able to find work orders with clear scopes of work, adequate pay, and just overall great companies. Now they're just letting anybody on this platform. Quality of work orders have diminished. Pay has remained the same even though inflation has gone up and field nation is now taking 13% instead of the 10% they used to. In the past you would be able to complete a work order on Monday have it approved by Wednesday and get paid by Friday. The length of time it takes for a technician to received pay after the job has been completed successfully has increased. I predict this platform will be completely extinct in the next two years.

    Solution Selling is the heart of everything I do in sales. Bruce pounded that home in all of us, and it made eagles out of us. Although, he never did my PowerPoint. Key take aways for me: "To this day, I ask, "Why will I not win" 1. Pairings - Orchestrate 2. Understand the business benefits the client wants 3. Horizontal vs. Vertical - don't be everything to everyone 4. Own and actively manage the process. Thank you Vrahram, and top pick for your first podcast...Biggs has been there done it.
