It matches exactly what is shown for this model on radiomuseum.org, would you care to explain why yours is different? When I checked the location of the dial lamp on my model, it also matched the location on the schematics. Can you provide where you determined your location and what documents you used?

@HavingFunRepairs the dial plate on my radio has the same shape, but the print looks different. GE made several models with these dials; I believe 400, 401, 412, 414, 415, and 416. The dial light attaches to a bracket on the tuning condenser where the dial string goes around . When the radio is playing, the light shines through the dial and follows the pointer as it moves across the dial. GE called it Dial Beam.

Hello, the GPS antenna sounds defective and needs to be replaced.

@@HavingFunRepairs I took the new Alfa 300 device, I thought it was up to him. Do you think the GPS on the collars is not working? That problem started once every 6 necklaces

I had to replace the antenna in the device in the video when everything else did not work. So yeah, as of right now, not having troubleshot the collar myself, it sounds like the antenna needs to be replaced.

Disassemble similar to the video and carefully explore how to disassemble further if needed. That's probably the best advice I can give.

@@satanasfouduvolant9228 unfortunately I do not. A lot of transformers are pretty much designed for the switch mode power supply (SMPS) that they are used in. So unless you can find another bad SMPS with the same design in which to cannibalize the part, you might not be able to find a transformer elsewhere.

​@@jvandervyver it's apparent you didn't watch the entire video. I gave an explanation why at the beginning about intermittent issues. The DMM checks proved bad capacitors in the power supply. The clean 1khz tone at the end confirmed a clean tone. My customer paid and was very happy with the result. If you cannot accept the knowledge I've passed along for free, what took me college and over 20+ years of experience to develop, then sir... The loss is on you. 🤷‍♂️

As for your issue with the dryer not heating up. That could be the heating element or a thermal fuse, or even a thermal sensor. They should all be replaceable too. As for which, I wouldn't know without troubleshooting it with a multimeter.

@@computerrepairplus just keep in mind that the "tape trick" is just that... a gimmick. If it works you'll still have a bad screen/panel. Possibly usable, but technically still broke.

@@danielrivas6358 if it's the same issue as the TCL in the video, no a new cable will not work. The issue is not with the cable at all. The issue is with the display panel. What I'm doing with the cable is just blocking the signals that the panel cannot use correctly because it is bad. When the signals are no longer present the panel will come to life, albeit not usable in my instance.

@@danielrivas6358 buy a new TV if your panel is bad. That's really your only option.

@@bwest0411 it's possible it's still the panel, but in your case, I would try swapping out the video board.

I do not know the TRRS to Wire color match either. If I still had the handset I would be of better help. That being said I do know that the 4 pile 3.5mm aux plug follows the following layout from tip to sleeve. T-Left Channel Audio R-Right Channel Audio R-Ground S-Mic Audio I would assume white and red are left and right audio. Blue is possibly mic audio and grey for ground. If you have something that produces a tone you could inject that signal at a low amplitude on the wires to determine the left and right speaker audio. From there it would just be figuring out the mic and ground wires. Good luck and thanks for watching.

With a lot of manufacturers, even if there is a part number, they often change the part # to something inhouse or generic to obfuscate as well. Both are terrible practices.

@@BrownSteel749 because the problem is not with the LCD connector. The problem is with the panel itself. I'm only blocking signals to make the panel half functional.

@@HavingFunRepairs Oh, what typically causes this to happen. The same thing happened to my tv and when I tried unplugging the connectors the screen was cut in half but it was still the blueish black. If it really is the LCD panel its not worth to try to repair I might as well just by a new tv.

Correct, not worth repairing as you would need a new panel which is around the cost of one of these TVs anyways. What causes this failure (IMO) is a heat dissipation issue.

@@rubencubero I would get a can of QD Electronic Cleaner personally. It doesn't leave a residue like WD40 does. That being said, I know people who use WD40 on many things and never run into problems. Thank you for watching.

@@yayyaystxxtama80 sounds like your volume knob is starting to go bad and maybe the filter capacitors are bad as well.
