Remember world population is increasing exponentially. When we leave this world, if we go without getting at least one person saved, then we have left the world with one less Christian. We have failed. Even so, 9 of 10 'converts' will likely return to the world void (according to current trends). So go out there and find your replacement plus 10 more. That is the uncomfortable truth.

Great mission work brother in Christ. People should come back to the good world where Adam and Eve were living through Jesus Christ being the second Adam. Those who live in a broken must repent and be baptized into Christ for remission of sins to be added to His church.

Great lesson. I see the different levels as increasing in responsibility. (my own interpretation) L1 (oversees 4-6) - Ambassador of Christ who host meetings other believers, teaches them to witness, draws new people to Christ, and baptizes new converts L2 (oversees 6 - 10) - Identifies and trains group members who want to be level 1 leaders teaching them tools from all 4 fields L3 (oversees 10 - 16) - Identifies and trains L1 leaders who are ready to accept responsivities of L2. Providing support and materials to all downstream groups. L4 (oversees 16 - 25) - Trains L3 leaders providing downstream groups with support and materials. Learns to network the groups as a whole. L5 (oversees 25 - 40) - Trains L4 leaders, responsible for all downstream groups, provides new and current support and materials. Identifies and supports various ministries and specialties of each downstream group. ex. Identifies who in the various groups has special training and can provide special needs such as grief support, marriage counselling, hospital visits, etc.

Great explanation. Too many people today are getting baptized without understanding that baptism means entering a covenant relationship with Christ as a disciple - accepting the teachings of Jesus and are committed to doing all that he commands. Baptism was a common act 2000 years ago and everyone back then understood exactly what they were getting into. And today, they get baptized and may never ever be told what it means for the Believer.

First of all, I do like all the tools and resources and work you are doing but is this part of the Seeker Sensitive movement? I notice in step 2 it talks about the facilitator. That description sounds like what the Seeker Sensitive movement is base on. If you don't give direction to the group and correct them, then that always leads to major errors in teachings. To find truth, the Seeker must seek God only. In a group setting, there is always going to be at least one person who is not fully seeking God but rather interject seeking of their own devices. The facilitator must be able to direct them away from seeking self to Seeking God. edit: Step 5, Okay I see you have that addressed in step 5. That is a very important step to keep the group focused on God and what is written in scripture.

There was a time in my life when I was so very happy and carefree. I was much younger then and my parents raised me in the church where I learned all about God and Jesus and the offer of salvation. But I was naive to the world and I took everything for granted what was taught to me. At the time, I had no desires to seek God nor any cares about spiritual matters. Then one day when I was 14, my mother got sick and died. It was at that moment in which God opened my eyes to the reality of it all. And I heard a small voice speak to me. "This is real. This is all real." My naive worldview was over in a moment and the real world opened up before me. I suddenly had the desire for truth and a care for spiritual matters. From that moment on I knew God was real. And so it was at this time that I finally believed in those things which I was taught from an early age - including Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection on the third day. I accepted the salvation which God freely gives and was later baptized into the faith. Now in Jesus, I have found much joy and happiness in this life. Because I know that God has promised us the "hope of a better day" if we only believe. He has given me a heart to follow Him and do all that He commands in the scripture. Plus, I want others to have the same joy, happiness, and hope that I have. Do you have a story like this?

I love the house of peace idea. Also, it is good to note that the Disciple should be a person of peace also. In this case, the Disciple is acting as the Ambassador of Christ and should exude proper character traits at all time while on the mission field. I feel like 2000 years ago, people had better manners than today. Jesus did give the disciples the do's and don'ts but today it would be good to review Good Traits vs Bad Traits and be mindful of those while out on a prayer walk. Kind, Understanding, Patience, Compassion, Friendly, Caring, Polite, Sociable, Honest, etc. I know in my personal life, I have trouble practicing all of these throughout the day.
