LOVE this house! wow! I wish we were ready to move.. It probably already has a contract or sold. Unfortunately double what we can afford as a retirement home.😆 Plus, I need a pool and at least biking distance to the beach. But I do love this floor pland and all those French doors and windows! Too small

This house is big and beautiful. That's an unusual street and group of homes in Gulf Breeze proper, if its where I think it is. His and hers separate bathrooms, is what I wanted overseas. A couple of people who I knew, had it that way in their master bedroom. Actually down further on the water on the right of where I used to live, before moving overseas. Here called Baycliffs, and our family home area was Northcliffe. Separated by a bird sanctuary.

This is on the intercoastal waterway highway. Boats instead of cars. Don't want to build more by the garage because of water rise during hurricanes. That's why so many people in the area, leave it as an easily replaceable washing out gone area. Know that could be gone.

Avoid at all costs. Just got notified the unit which we booked (ocean front, sleeps 8, etc) the listing and pics were incorrect and we need relocated. Unit sleeps only sleeps 4. They’re sorry. The usual story. I made a mistake but learned from it. Never again.
