My recent experience is the same, their return window is unreasonable narrow and is not properly visible on the website while ordering. I am stuck with a 7k rs saree which is not even worth 700rs. This website is horrible. Customer support sucks. I returned item on 4th july and they rejected return mentioning that the item was delivered on 1st july and return window is over

In my opinion the colour is looking quite elegant on you. If you wanted the bold and bright look, you should have bought a bright colour as us Indians look better in brighter colours than the pastel shades.probably that would have helped you justify the lost money if you didn’t like the colour (just a suggestion)

Thanks a lot beta. I was just about to place not one but more orders but before that I wanted to Google and find out. I just happened to see your channel and was extremely convinced that it is much better to go to a shop and select the saree of your choice. What was very shocking was the actual quoted price and the huge discount offered by them thought of all the possible reasons why they would offer it so cheap, such as is old stock? is it defective in some ways, is it shop soiled? Etc.etc. I was thinking it of gifting it to friends for a wedding in the family. Now I am clear. Better to buy in a shop, a good and genuine shop. Glad I watched your video.

Finally someone talked about this. I had placed order for a silk saree green and maroon worth 5000₹ from karagiri. The next day I saw same saree on flipkart for ₹1800. When the saree arrived it was of worst quality very thick and polyster mix. I was lucky that I returned the saree to karagiri and they refunded. Not gonna trust it again.

Love your brutal honesty.... Most reviews dont mention fragnences.

They are not fraud but they try to fool us ...they charge 4000 for saree which is actually not more than 2500... today I got the saree it's good but 4000 for this saree is high...also I got so many compliments for the saree ... everyone was asking me for link

I belong to Assam and we are known for Mulberry silk Munga and eri silk . Expecting a real silk saree at this price is foolish. I bought several sarees from Karagiri , though not silk they are of good quality. I have seen same design in Amazon also but not sure about their quality
