Hi there,
Welcome to my channel. I want to use this opportinaty to show some of my work.
I am a part time photographer and videographer, based in the Netherlands. I enjoy my day time job at American Pan as a sales manager for The Netherlands, Germany and Scandinavia. In my free time, I do commercial shoots and company presentations (clips).

Flammkuchen - Tarte flambée
This is a video I made for the cooking channel of my wife. I hope you like it.
Ingredients (for 2 portions):
250g flour
125ml lukewarm water
½ tsp salt
2 tbs oil
Method
10 min kneading, until you get a smooth dough.
Let the dough rest for 15-30 minutes.
Meanwhile you can prepare the topping:
Traditional Flammkuchen:
Crème fraîche (30% fat), salt, pepper
Thin sliced white onions
Bits of “speck” or smoked bacon.
After baking, decorate with chives.
Topping for vegetarian version:
Crème fraîche (30% fat), salt, pepper
Thin sliced (red) onions
Baby spinach
Feta cheese
Olive oil
You can vary with any toppings you like, as long as you keep the crème fraîcheas a base, and be generous.
Salmon, asparagus, goat cheese with honey, mushrooms, grilled vegetables, etc.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at the highest possible temperature (we did on 250C = 480F)
Depending on the oven, between 7 and 10 minutes.

This is a video I have made for Cake Concepts. They develop new cake ideas and manufacture complete lines for those ideas. This video is made during a test in the machine factory. It's an industrial sandwich pancake line with a sweet filling (dorayaki). This machine can make 6,000 pancake sandwiches an hour. But they have even a bigger one.

It’s a bakery in the Netherlands. Line was build by Newcap, but the individual machinery are different brands, like the oven is W&P, mixers from sancassiano, etc

Now I know how my grocery store bread is made, thanks. Was curious since I bought a breadmaker. I still think freshly baked (handmade or breadmachine) is still the best though!
