People talk like under 9.19 is doable. Try running 9.92 on the bend in the first 100m. Tebogo needs to be quicker. Endurance won't do it. It's a sprint race. As long as tebogo dosnt improve in 100m sprints he anit going to do it. Also age dosnt tell you your peak. It's different for different runners. Good luck.
