Looks like BouMatic canes and pulsators and Surge claw and washing equipment.
With dairy farming you don't make that much money we do it because we like doing it only . So people who think you make big money we don't sorry to say . But we all need milk to drink in Canada or in the USA . If we don't do it there's NO milk going to stores for people to buy so there you GO people !! Welcome to dairy farming people !!!
Well the reason you were told to go disk it is because the discs on the chisel wouldn't size the stubble for it to flow through the chisel.
i prefer the old school moldboard plowing
Stop farmers like this one
If all Farmers are that way , I will get Vegan. A little Cav tied up with a String . Cows no Place. Handle milk Not good. I See God thanks a lot of good Farmers.
Pay for them to upgrade then, it's milk prices that haven't changed in 40 years, that are why small farms are this way. But your reaction is to consider going vegan, and making things harder for them.
Maybe you should pay attention to what you're doing. That milk is a food source for humans isn't it? And those are live animals aren't they? If you two are examples of Wisconsin farmers, it's no surprise Wisconsin farmers are going bankrupt.
Are you a farmer or are you just trying to be a big shot and run ur mouth all farmers r good for America 🇺🇸 and they need our help
Thanks for a really Nice Video Regards J.
I have family and friends in Wisconsin milking cows and farming in Wisconsin. Had a operation there my self. Took over the operation from my dad when he passed away.
milked a lot of cows in a stanchion barn like that but now milk in double 8 herringbone but it was nice but parlor little easier on the knees keep up good work
Bei uns in der Schweiz könntest du keine Kühe mehr in einem solchen Stall halten wir haben Halsrahmen verbot und dürfen keinen Kuhtrainerelektro haben und keine Kälber anbinden Gruss aus dem Schweizerland
Tethered calves are better for the fact that they will be 90% broke to lead . Great for show calves .
What do you think the first person to milk a cow was actually trying to do
How many cows do you milk
Where do you guys farm at?
This reminds me of when my brother or uncles were milking cows. Just about the same look of the barn and milk house.

Looks like they never get on a pasture!!!! Poor cows
Not at MILKING TIME they don't, but there's zero evidence in this video, for never.
LOVE your videos. They bring back lots of memories when I milked as a youngster. One little suggestion .. If there's any way to remember to turn your head/Go-Pro a little slower, it won't make us viewers as dizzy!! :-) Anyhow ... THANKS SOO Much!!!!
Good video . You have a lot of skill setting the barn up one handed . I probably could have done that blindfolded but no-one handed . I always played country music in my barn too .
Classic surge set up. I have the same glass jar and all. Are you running the Alamo pump too?
Dairy farmers are awesome people. I can't believe you can do all the daily chores and still have time to film then edit videos. I appreciate all you do for all us non-farmers. 👍
Bean stubble is almost the worst bedding lol. Corn stalks is much better but you can't beat straw
Amazing ♥️👍
That is the gayest vid I ever seen
Good evening from Limpopo South Africa.
Looking good. Wet here. I'm going to try to plant a tiny piece of oats this afternoon if I can dry it up enough.
are you in wis?
@@wisconsinfarmer7226 MN. North of Duluth.
I appreciate the work you do and I enjoy watching you do it but could you please tone down the language. Thank you!
Thanks for sharing. I have relatives & friends with dairy farms in Dodge Co Wi.
How many cows do you milk?

@@wisconsinfarmer7226 same lmao
My sympathies... Did a lot of downed corn harvesting in the 70's. I notice you chop a lot of silage. Did you think about chopping the down corn with one of these modern choppers that can harvest from any direction?
mustask can you make a living from your farm????????
Where are you located roughly? Having a growing circle of youtube guys around me I am in east central Mn, not far from grantsburg
Mauston Wisconsin
I live in wi to and a farmer
Hello from Queensland Australia 🇦🇺...nice video
What part of Wisconsin? I was born on a farm near Sauk City but now live in Mississippi. Filling silo takes me back. Int 560 on the blower, oliver 1850 on the chopper, jd 2010 hauling wagons, 60' silos. All those tractors were gassers like my grandmother's maiden name.
Mauston Wisconsin that’s awesome have a whole bunch of them two cylinders in the shed that used to run the blower.
@@wisconsinfarmer7226 We had an old belt drive blower that had a 6 foot auger feed. It was powered by the belt pulley on the farmall H tractor. It blew oats up into our granary which was actually a hop house / kiln built by my great granddad back in the hop growing boom back in the 1870's. It's still standing today.
Great vids 👍
