Welcome to MojoGarage!!! Follow along as I build 15 year old me's vision for the S2000 I've always wanted. We also have my dedicated track CRX named the Warhawk, as its modeled after a P40 Warhawk. Then there's my beloved 5th gen Prelude that I K swapped a couple years ago only to part out the K setup to buy the S2000. Soon enough she'll be making a full return. Last but not least, the one who kinda doesn't fit in with the rest of them is the Mini Countryman S all4 that I love to hate but she's grown on me as a fun daily. Every now and then the channel will have a few of our friends cars.

for episode 2 of the hatch build we tackle the suspension. For the coil overs I went with Blox Drag Pro Series Coilovers, For the rear toe arms I went with the Hardrace Rear Toe Kit, for the remaining parts, control arms upper lower, and camber kits I went Skunk2 for everything. Then there's Explicit speed performance (ESP) traction bar no link as they're no longer around IYKYK, but all other p...

Tu ressens une différence notable ? Tu as dû faire une reprogrammation ?
Yes a big difference actually! I never dyno’d to get the actual numbers but want to say it felt like it picked up 20hp. A remap is a must to keep the check engine light off.
That bird is doing the commentary for you bro lol
It’s always there now 😂
Good job bro 💪
Thanks man!
@MojoGarage You're welcome my brother, that's what we're here for, to support each other.
Looks great do you have a link for the headlights? Thanks
Yes, I got them on Amazon, a.co/d/7zHNVIk
Looks great

"hey welcome back to the channel"
Quick question, which grit did you use for the hone?
Hey, it was the 180 grit hone.
Great video..need to get one of those for my 2023 Mini Countryman S..like the mirror folding option.
Probably the best bang for buck "mod" you can do for your mini!
if you throw an intake thats gonna sound insane, i've done it to my mini =), under load when you let foot of the gas about 2500rpm its when it sounds the best.
yup that's the plan next, along with a few more bolt-ons!
Please blow your nose.
what is your rotor size?
Hi do you know what it idles at when fully warmed up with the drop in cams?
Interesting. M135i which has identical driveline has done 12.9 completely standard on a prepped surface here in Australia.
and then !? please
Ironic it may be, I'm thoroughly impressed by what this car is capable of - MINIs aren't built for drag racing, and here we have one going neck on neck with a Tesla. Even though that one muscle car jumped the start, the MINI still gained traction on it. 13.6 seconds is very impressive indeed - job well done! I suppose it's no surprise when this is a MINI with AWD, 306hp, and 450nm of torque? Insanity.
Very nice 🎉
Great video, seems pretty straightforward but no bolts were replaced? Also how about tightening torques? I was surprised the pinch collar on the front wasn't a problem. On other cars with similar design that collar would not open up even with the pinch bolt removed, had to use a special "spreader bit" and still struggle to get the shock out. Think I'll just go with Eibachs on my Clubman to fix the height, but rather not mess with the active suspension
I wonder if it sounds better under load?
Now you need a Eventurri cold air intake & it will sound even better & more hp!!
Charlie is the man. Got the bar for my s2000 and integra
Literally no change in sound but I am sure with more mods like an intake it will add up.
Did you have to cut the gas tank to fit the rear differential?
Would really like to be able to code out when the esc is fully of that it disables auto rev match and also make the sports mode steering feel lighter its way to heavy
The first thing that I noticed on your video is the amazing blue seats; I want some on my 2017 Countryman All 4 S
What happened to this build?
Dam. This guy got neighbors between the building. What a terrible human being he is. How inconsiderate of other people trying not to be disturbed in their own house.
What happened to the itb?
They'll be back and why they're off will be explained in the next video!
hi, can you please tell me how to check the real km of a Mini using bimmercode or bimmerlink?
Was you folding your mirrors manually before you coded them??
Hi, Yes they had the ability to fold by pressing the button next to the mirror adjuster.
Where did you get the chrome delete kit from for the mini
It all came from www.smps2012.com/.
Thanks for putting up the video. I think I was overcomplicating the front axle part. I am doing KW V3s on my F54 JCW. I took the axle nut off because I didn't want to stress the CV, but good to know the rest will come apart without further work.
Glad it helped!
how is the ride with these coilovers??are they bouncy??And are the rears a pain to install..have your same mcs
The coilovers ride good, not bouncy and ride similar to oem just a bit firmer. The rears were a lot easier than the fronts. Once the lower shock bolt is removed there's very little tension on the spring and it comes right out without the need for spring compressors.
Whats the latest?
Out of focus, not that helpful.
Did you get any codes???
i just bought a 2016 Mini Cooper S, and it has BC Coils already installed its T-05 no DD, where would I get the tool to adjust them and what is the tool called?
They go by a few names, coilover keys, adjustment keys, spanner wrenches but they can be bought right from BC. shop.bcracing-na.com/products/spanner-wrench-group-k?rq=yr_2016~mk_mini~md_clubman~xv_tools
Great video! Thanks for the tips and help. Cant wait to get started. This process seems really easy to do!
Is it possible to upgrade ID4 to ID6 like this ? th-cam.com/video/qRmTyiYwXg0/w-d-xo.html
how can you code for your drl lights stay on when turning on your headlights thanks
Hey this is awesome, definitely wants those settings by default on mine too. I think mini (BMW) stopped a long time ago to upgrade the infotainment system as those would be easy to add there.
Están montadas de revés las Spoon
hows the ride compared to stock? I am also in MA. Just ordered a 24 Clubman jcw. same color. but the lounge leather interior
They feel a little stiffer than the stock JCW suspension was.
I just put KW V3 on my JCW Clubman. The sport suspension is really bouncy and stiff and sucks on the highway. The V3 have progressive rate front springs and they feel softer overall, but the adjustable dampers are fantastic. I used the recommended default settings for compression and rebound and its great. Much more comfortable ride. They honestly feel like the mid/soft mode on the adaptive dampers version on the Cooper S clubman. They are spendy but if you want a more comfortable and capable options, the v3 KW are worth it.
I appreciate you sharing this. I do wish you had shown a couple things more clearly. The smaller diameter hose that needs a hose clamp clipped off and the resistor connections / how you secured the wires so they weren't flopping around. Not trying to be critical, but rather hope you'll show things like this in future videos. Thanks!
Good video. Just mostly out of focus so hard to watch.
Отличная работа ! Как изменилось поведение автомобиля на дороге ? Какие ощущения ?
Nice one🔥⛽️🤝💪💯👍🚀🚘💯
Hi, can you please clarify what does the NM resistor looks like and how'd you connect them?
You are in Mass, how do you pass inspection? I'm in NH and I'd love to put in an after market, maybe a Miltek but inspections are problematic. Do you remove it and reinstall in order to pass inspection? Thanks
I’m from CT and drive an R60, I’m not sure if NH has the same emissions loopholes but in CT we just pay 20 bucks every 3 months for a retest and then they will fail you and you get the 20 dollar fee again, you’re pretty much paying an 80 dollar annular subscription to drive a non-emissions passing car lol
Great video! Looks awesome. Did you remove brakes completely? Or were you able to work around them? Looks like they were removed
Thank you! No you don’t have to remove the brakes to install the coilovers, I had them off to either do the wheel stud conversion or change the brake pads and rotors.
