Bike is an “EF” Vin code which indicates it came with the fairing directly from the factory. The fairing and hard bags are original equipment and not an aftermarket replicas. These bikes have become very, very rare and due to this they are commonly replicated. If you’re looking for the OG real deal, look no further. Price is $14k. just bought a panhead with a 86 FXR frame. Basically the motor was swapped and everything else was kept. Paid 15K. What would your Pan sell today for? Yours is basically a rigid with a panhead
You had a nice bike. I bought one of these March 5, 1986. Same color with the tour pack on back. It was an attention getter. Everywhere you stopped a crowd would gather to look at it. I never understood why they didn't continue the model. It was a dream to ride.
