    This video is for me i am facing fear uncertainty about future which makes my life hell but now i know that i am not excepting that every thing is changing continuously why i just want that the change never happen or my future is without any disease or if my disease become worse what if dr says my condition is not treatable i have this disease 17 years ago and this disease make my just 3 days worst and after this i am completely live in these 3 days and always fight my self why this happen and what if my diseass become worse in future.

    What I resonate with the most in the video is the lesson "Embrace impermanence" (00:38 - 03:52). The way it explains impermanence as a fundamental truth to free ourselves from fear is truly compelling. Realizing that everything, including our current pain and anxiety, is temporary has shifted my perspective on life's challenges. It reminds me to stop clinging to control and instead focus on living fully in the present moment while embracing change with calmness.
