If you live anywhere on the East coast of the US, these parasites will eventually show up on a street corner near you with their dead child placard. Apparently children are dying by ungodly amounts in their communities and no one apparently has money for their funerals. Their other big scam, is the "Down on our luck family" (Often with children & dogs in tow) They will set up outside of the local Target, claiming all manner of hardships for your hard earned cash. Later, they will climb into their BMWs or Mercedes and speed off when the appropriate amount of money has been appropriated from the hard working people of your community. Thanks for confronting her. This looks like Fairfax VA, but I've seen this (EXACT scam) also in Leesburg VA, Frederick Maryland, Brooklyn New York, and South Carolina

They were here in Washington 2 years ago and keep moving from one state to another. They scammed a family who was looking for a parking. Drove near there car and ask for money to buy them jewelry. They robbed the family $2,000. Its part of there fault for not thinking straight and should know better not to buy fake jewelry thinking it’s real.😫I felt bad for that family.
