Focus on dynamic streches before activitey, get the joint lubricated. Focus on your shoulders, the looser they are the faster the arms move.

Youre falling on your legs for the low dives, kick them out from under you. You can only fall as fast as gravity.

Unfortunately there’s not much outdoor leagues around me. But I’ll definitely try and find some leagues with more outdoor games!
