BAD Time In Uluwatu- Hotel Troubles, Fire Dance & Beaches
Hello all!
Thank you for watching this video on my time and Uluwatu Bali. Overall, I did have a good experience in the area, but I would not stay in the hotel that I stayed in again.
As for the Fire Dance, it was cool to see once, but I wouldn’t return a second time.
The beach was beautiful, but it was not easy swimming and a calm Beach is more my vibe. But if you’re going somewhere just to relax on the sand, it was definitely beautiful.

How long was your stay and how many days do you recommend?
We stay for 3/4 days , if possible I would recommend staying a week to get the full experience !

Tough one, the resorts are essentially connected and shared , but the royal rooms and royal side was slightly elevated in my opinion. I would absolutely go back! If you’d like to email me for more details the information is on my channel :)

I was told that instead of the 90 min taxi ride you can take an hour long boat to the resort or even a helicopter. Did you see those options?
And yes! I thought I would attempt the drive and see how it was for myself because usually I don’t get motion sickness but do highly recommend either of those two options over the drive

Thank you for watching ! And we were only there for a few nights but some resorts were already booked up for the entire week when we got there ! So I would recommend booking as soon as you get there !

I didn’t find there were a lot , best to go before 9am to get a spot. I spent a lot of my time at the rooftop pool, it was my favourite spot

What is the dress code?How much will you recommend for spending for extras?
Most restaurants are resort casual , some are more formal, it says on their website as well :) and as for “extras” that would just be excursions or spa as tips are all included with sandals properties ! Excursions you’re looking at around 100USD/person starting out and spa services vary
Agree with all that you say. We usually go MTD, but tried 8.00 regular dining table for 2 for this ship. Service was great, and always less than an hour!

Sorry you didn’t like the dancing shows…my Granddaughter was one of the dancers that you would have seen. We were on Rhapsody at Christmas and again 1 June from Cyprus so in all saw the show 4 times and enjoyed everyone of them. She’s finished that contract now and about to go on another one next week.

What time of year did you go? And...did you see couples of 'all' ages? My husand and I went to Sandles in Jamaica about 20 years ago and loved it! We are seriously considering Barbados....in winter!
