Desperate investors are eager to exit their investments. AIPL is the worst developer in Gurgaon. Unscrupulous brokers mislead investors with false promises of big rentals and high appreciation trapping them in such commercial projects. When investors realize they are stuck, it's too late and must pay high maintenance costs instead of earning rental income, and even if their shops are leased, they are told to give high Capex on super area and still earn low rentals because of bad deals by these builders with brands for their own ulterior motives; these trapped investors try hard to get out of this shit. Most of these investors are ready to sell at loses. Beware of these investments. Hope investors become aware and avoid falling prey to such projects. It's a sad scenario in Gurgaon.
