From my understanding, a jarl is something like a stuard or a lord. Think like how the 7 kingdoms in game of thrones all had their regional rulers but still ruled over by a king. That's jarks have some leeway on picking their own successor, but I believe the next high King, or jarl of jarls is decided by the moot, or a meeting if all the other jarls.

The dragon claw doors only exist to keep the Draugr inside, not to keep people out. That's why they're so easy to solve. The elder scrolls can't be read by normal people, of a random person tried to read I've, they'd go blind or mad or both. Well he did take it from the palace which is technically a house so he was steal the flower according to your standards there, and also you can eat ingredients to find out their effects like if you eat wheat you will find it can heal you and can be used for a health potion, also the guys son was calling the orc kids hammers or ham-mers because mer means elf so his son wants to be a gay-mer, tamriel is the comtinent nirn is the planet, daedric lords aren't gods but they are worshipped they are powers that didn't take part in the creation of the planet, they aren't inherently evil but many are, you can do a glitch to be a vamp and werewolf but you can't be both without a glitch,

All parts of this plant are poisonous but some contain an essence which enhances the potency of moon sugar. If improperly prepared, the Skooma user will experience loss of voice, minor fits, and possibly even death. The root of the nightshade plant contains most of the essence but the berries and flowers produce a much more fragrant Skooma.
