Remote ID is only active on the DJI Mini 4 Pro when the extended battery is inserted since it weighs more than 249g with that battery. With the regular battery remote ID is not active as of the current firmware. Check the DJI forums for more news, they're talking about changing that behavior at some point in the future.

I flew ~2.3 miles a few weeks ago not too far from this location. That video is a bit further down in my channel. For that flight I mainly limited it to 6 minutes each direction so I could find a decent song to go along with it. When I am at home my range is about a mile depending on the direction I fly because of so much interference from buildings and trees. When I'm out in the country like this the only limit I have is the battery (need to turn back at 50% power).

@@JHProductions- you need to do a lot more studying? Did you get a trust cert? If not you are flying illegally. If so you ignored everything it tried to teach you. Regardless of money or no money posting it here makes it commercial and illegal if you dont have a 107. Not to mention the other illegal aspects of the flight.

Yes, he had a 2nd visual observer and he used a super bright LED that is visible for 3 nautical miles.

All of the music from my videos comes from the built-in audio library inside TH-cam. When you upload a video, click the editor tab on the video within TH-cam studio, you can add audio there.

Thanks. I did a lot of research before making my purchase and found DJI far outclassed every other manufacturer in features, price, and most importantly, quality. I have seen side by side comparisons of videos from other brands and I was solidly impressed every time with DJI.
