Riding in Florida, I wish half helmet makers included air flow. I guess they figure there’s enough, but not in this environment.

I have a micro dot the twister 2.0 and love it! Only complaint I have is there needs to have something to hold the slack from the strap. I normally tuck it in but it comes loose and flops around. Other then that it's a great helmet

My only gripe on the micro dot just based on this video is you can literally see the shape of it is more elongated.

Whats the shell sizes? Do they all use the same shell size or are they different depending on the size of the helmet?

Why would anyone wear a half helmet? Maybe someone with only half a brain? Most M/C accidents end with the rider falling off and typically smacking his head on pavement at speed. Or does 'image' trump safety for far too many M/C riders? You can't fix stupid...

Half helmets? Seriously? Do you really only want to protect half your head? It's not just how some prefer style over function. It's how the style makes you look absolutely stupid...

Really street legal? What a about the 1 inch EPS rule?

If a MC retailer dosent carry the microdot helmets, it’s because they just don’t know about them.

I have had several helmets over the years. This is absolutely the best you can get. I will never wear anything but a microdot helmet from here on out. I just purchased one for my Wife and Son for Christmas. These helmets look great, are comfortable and lightweight and most importantly I feel confident that my head has maximum protection. How do these perform at high speeds? I find it uncomfortable as there is always a high lift at 120km/h and faster.

What are the real world data stats on head injuries from these in wrecks versus regular dot helmets that took the same impact?

just bought the micro dot Twister, best helmet I have had in 30 years of ridiing. Definately not as good for protection as a full face, but way more comfortable and great on hot days where I would normally wear no helmet. no mushroom head anymore!
