I was in this concert, and my DJ friend who accompanied me said when she appeared on stage, "She's the last of the big greats." He was right, but she has done it with dignity and grace. I wish her well for her 89th birthday on October 13th 2023. 1 year off 90! 🤗💕💞💕

One of the greatest artists in the world.I was lucky enough to see her live in Dublin some years ago. Her recording of the song" there's a place in my heart" is one of my all time favourites. 🇮🇪 🇬🇷

@limteckhong2365 : yes, true she is not the same age as she was in the 1970's. She is an eldetly lady here and still brave enough to sing in front of such a huge audience to thank her fans for their years of loyal support. I guess all of us will sing less vibrantly when we get into our eighties when the options are to stay at home silent or rest in bed. I think it's nice to see her still living her life the way her heart would choose, even if her voice has lost some of its brilliance. She is 89 now. I last saw her in London in 2018 and she sang for 2 hours with great determination and still with her recognisable inimitable voice and smile, when she asked the audience, " Am I tiring you?"! I guess the sympathetic fans are a little more undetstanding and forgiving towards her.

Was at this concert with my Husband , it was a great night, Nana has to be the most influential lady I have ever met, shook hands with her in Aberdeen after her concert there when I was 18 years old. Have loved her since I was an infant she is one of the greatest and a wonderfully beautiful human being.

I was so upset I had to miss her goodbye tour at Thompson Halll in Toronto at the time in the mid 2000 ‘s . My good pal and work collogue bought me the souvenir book from that evening . Now in 2020 am so so glad to be able to tell u that with my sis we saw her twice here in Edmonton in the last several years . She was my moms fav and thus it evokes so so many memories of her music life long in our household . Today have many her albums and cds . She is one the singers I always go to to calm me , to feel , to remember my youth . Our family when I was young . Our mom .i dread the day we lose all these treasures sooner than later now . Her , Nana , Streisand , Bassey , Cher , Tina .
