A quick review of one of my favorite Meta Quest games to play with my family Acron Attack of the Squirrels! This game allows the entire family to play together with one player playing on the Meta Quest and the other players playing on mobile devices. #metaquest #metaquest3 #metaquest3s #familytime #gamenight #familygames

Keep going buddy, simple and straight to the point
Great recommendations; subbed
Thank you!
love your content🔥🔥🔥
Thank you!
I'm using ovr to check my FPS . And shows this don't change my FPS from 90
i have tried both horizons and recroom and was immediately assaulted by hoards of screaming, pushy, annoying (usually American) kids. That's not an environment i want to exist in even though the concept seems interesting. Is there a 'leave me alone' setting in either of them?
This is a totally valid point and honestly the reason I find these games hard to recommend for adults overrall, I mention them in this video because if you are brand new to vr they are a good place to get your feet wet…as of now there is really no way to avoid that atmosphere unfortunately, it is more prevalent in some worlds more then others though and both games do have some things worth checking out. I am going to do videos soon highlighting the worlds worth playing for adults in each game.
Thanks for the video 😊
I dropped a sub. Looking forward to more videos like this. Moss is so good. I'll have to try cubism.
Thank you!
u need music in ur vids i felt less interested at the beginning
Thank you for the suggestion, I will look into adding music in my future videos. I am just getting started out and working on upping the production quality, I really appreciate the feedback!
Thanks for advices. Will douwnload and play those games.
Hope you enjoy!
Moss really is a magical game. Hope there will be a Book 3.
Yes! I was not expecting to feel that way but it was a very pleasant surprise!
I found big screen in 2020. I just got my Meta 3 yesterday. Man it is much better than my 2.
It really is a big upgrade, the MR pass through is so great with the 3.
My meta quest 3 is in the mail. So this video is perfect. I've never had a vr headset before. So please post more!
Congrats on getting a quest 3 your gonna love it!
You are going to have an incredible time with the quest 3. Batman and asgards wrath are both amazing on the quest 3
I think this service is perfect for anyone who loves to try a variety of games and who is happy to jump in and out of games. I prefer to finish a game, or chapter of a game before starting something new, so my library is quite small. I find if I have too much choice I end up not finishing anything 😂 also it is only myself who uses the Quest but for a family with children I can see the benefit of the subscription 👍🏼
I think you just described me, no matter how much I try I struggle to completely finish games because I get distracted by something new or different 😂
Thanks! Great video. I’m getting my Quest 3S for Christmas, so I’ll have the three months free, but I definitely think I’ll continue subscribing after that as I’m totally new to VR. I’d love to hear other user’s favorite games.
Congrats on getting a Quest 3s soon! I am sure you will love it. One of the two new games in quest + for this month is called Moss, I will be doing a video next week about it but it’s a really charming platformer/puzzle game where you play as a mouse. If you get your quest set up before the end of the month I would definitely snag that one before it goes away.
Tracy, you will absolutely love it! 😊
@@DadLifeB5 Thanks!
@@daven2928 Thanks, I’m excited!
Good luck with your channel , Liked and subscribed
Walkabout Mini Golf, Bigscreen, Dungeons of Eternity, and the new Exploding Kittens VR are the main games I enjoy playing with my friends and family.
All of those are great suggestions. I have not tried dungeons of eternity or exploding kittens in vr yet but will add them to my list. I have played the card game version of exploding kittens and I can see how that would be hilarious in vr 😂
My main games are Gorilla Tag and Beat saber :)
I love walkabout it is my first VR game. I always love the mini golf games an now could never play without vr again.
I haven’t played this but my two nieces would definitely want to try, I love the concept and I hope that more games use this approach of family inclusion, especially since not everyone in the household can have their own headset. Great video by the way, I really hope your channel grows 👍🏼
Yeah there are so many interesting things that you could do with this style game I really hope we see more of it. Thank you for your kind words! I definitely plan to stay consistent posting and try to grow the channel.
Is there a feature where you can stream whatever your child is playing ?
There is a feature to stream live wit your child is playing to a tv or mobile device so you can watch them live as they play.
I love Population: One, but if you're new to VR you might want to stick to games that don't involve running with the joystick and jumping off buildings for your first week--unless you want to be sick to your stomach. Blaston or The Anne Frank House might be a gentler ramp into getting your VR legs.
@@MethosOhio that is definitely a good point, motion sickness is a factor with pop 1. Blaston is a great suggestion, also free and really fun while being stationary! My only problem with Blaston is it sometimes can take me a long time to find a match, doesn’t seem to be too many players anymore, but good suggestion for sure.
Learned this the hard way lol
@@PotadelI don’t get motion sickness so I don’t have first hand advice but my friend who does get motion sickness in vr has started playing pop 1 sitting down rather then standing and it has helped him, so maybe give that a try. Don’t worry though there are tons of games that are more motion sick friendly on the quest!
@ me and my brother both got motion sickness from playing Batman sitting down. Even though I played both first encounters and first hands and never gotten nauseous once. I also played resident evil way back during quest 2 era and I also never got motion sickness. I don’t know it’s really strange how motion sickness works. I think I’m just dehydrated or something but thanks for the advice, appreciate it
I now watch all my streaming services and TH-cam on my Quest 3. Big Screen is a great place to watch with friends. Great recommendations 👍🏼
I am with you, the quest 3 is now my preferred way to watch any video.
I'm on the fence with a headset. Can I watch TH-camTV, Hulu and Netflix on this? (I much prefer real opinions over marketing stuff! haha) TIA! :)
@@natetetreault4964 you can watch those on the quest. TH-cam has a dedicated app that works great and you can access Netflix and Hulu from the built in browser. If you are pc user there are also ways to access any content on your pc.
Great info Appreciate the perspective from a dad
