While yes, this is a cover and the original band is Crying Nut, the name of the song is NOT "Sing Your Heart Out." The name of the song is "Song of the Heart." While someone in the English department at Rolling Quartz's management decided to change the English name, that is NOT the name that the original band Crying Nut released it under. You can check yourself at Crying Nut's own channel that they have called this song "Song of the Heart." It's a line that not only comes directly from the song's Korean lyrics but it's the English name that Crying But put it out as themselves. Please correct the title of this video to "Song of the Heart" as that is the real name of the song. Thanks.
