LCT does sound better. I listened to you on the LCT, but I'm not so invested in the other mic because it's too high in the higher mids and the Rodes lost your tone.

Hi really struggling with the set up of my Rode USB Mic. i'm using the free software Pro Tools Intro, my Mac system is Squoia15.01 I've followed your steps but I've got issues i go to set up play back engine and I press Pro tools agr IO. I select this but my computer doesn't then give me the prompt saying that saving this search engine will automatically close and save your session. I don't have the options on your screen perhaps coz it's free software. I have an okay button. I press that But the session doesn't automatically save or shut down. Can anyone help. So I have I/O section below it says int he menu no input. I can't get the software to recognise my choice OF USB Rode Mic. I've also tried the Utilities fix and creating the pathway but when the session should close and save it doesn't do this. So software not accepting the play back engine selection? If anyone has a fix I'd really appreciate it.
