Sharing my perspective of cycling, walking and using public transport in England and around the World. I believe in improving infrastructure to support people to get around more efficiently, with less reliance on motor vehicles that take up too much space and cause too much damage to society.
Car driver nearly hits delivery rider
The delivery rider was distracted by their mobile phone and had swerved into the right lane. Meanwhile the driver recklessly decided to pass them despite of this. Arguably both would be collectively at fault if they were to collide but who do you think would have been most to blame?

I am trying out my new neck mount for my GoPro. Here an uber driver jumps red light after being stuck in slow moving traffic. I was able to stop but he was not.

Im passed by 4 cars in a 30 second period. 3 drivers give me adequate room and make a good pass but 1 driver is unable to. Cyclists do this all the time, sometimes deliberately ride into pedestrians

Bicycle paths that are wide enough, separated from the road and the sidewalk and have good continuity (i.e that don't end abruptly) should exist in every city
People are not used to stopping at pedestrian crossings in almost all other countrys except here. R
oh the joy of handing hi-def video to police - this is like the insurance fraud people that either stand/jump onto a car bonnet to feign injury, or brake check to intentionally get hit - and then get told "It's all on video" - and then are 'oh ship' ...

I usually respect zebra crossing. There are some situations that I don't because it's obvious how it's easier for the pedestrian to wait. When I'm walking and I find myself in these situations I try to not show intention of crossing because it's easier and more efficient to just let the vehicle keep going. Situations like in the video I consider a complete lack of politeness. The pedestrians are clearly trying to cross. You can see it by far. You don't even need to stop, just slow down. By the way, you shouldn't approach intersections, specially with zebra crossings speeding. You must approach ready to make a stop. 🤔
I'm not European. Here where I live most drivers don't respect it as well. I would say 95% of them.

Using the chinese version of it, same 2 modes plus 3 more and same volume. Usb rechargeable. Includes a very potent light. Downside is you can´t unplug the cable.

I am elderly and have not driven a car for over thirty years. If I remember correctly, you MUST ALWAYS give way to pedestrians crossing at zebra crossings. But only if there is no traffic light. If there is a traffic light, pedestrians are not allowed to cross on the red man! Please confirm that this is still the case. I ask because in other videos I have seen, it seems that pedestrians are always expected to have the right to cross, even if there is a traffic light and the pedestrians have a red signal. Thank you very much!
Which would be something I consider completely wrong. If there's a traffic light, everybody has the right moment to go. I only agree with pedestrians crossing anytime if the streets are empty. So it doesn't really make any difference. 🤔 I personally almost always wait until the traffic lights go green for me (as a pedestrian). Unless I can clearly see with no doubt there are no vehicles coming.

The concern I have are all these silly little people, grassing up motorists when they have no obligation to do so. As a cyclist you don’t pay Road tax, ergo you have no right to whinge#inmyopinion

I agree that a (thankfully) small population of bad drivers also jump red lights and I'm not defending or excusing that for one moment. However, cyclists do it far more frequently (one might even say, with great regularity) and with brazen and calculated disregard. What never ceases to amaze me is that cyclists are amongst of the most vulnerable of road users and yet so many of them seem happy to meander across busy junctions with the lights against them! It's as if they're somehow unaware of the damage a double decker bus might inflict!

Cyclists was too fast but ultimately is allowed to pass on either the inside or outside. Car is most at fault, turned across traffic when it wasn't clear.
