I wish a US educated Bangladeshi Architect was used instead of Rohani Baharin or combining a european Architect. This would have given a unique and far better design on the airport. I guess Bangladesh didn't have any choice since Japan or China whoever extended financing and arbritrated who would be doing the architectural design. Hopefully Main 2 terminals when they will revamp those 2 terminals, they can find a better Native Architects.

My 12 year old could have designed better airport. She laughed at looking at the simple design.

This is such a simple design architecture. Nothing is designed with any modern design. Architect did a very lousy or sloppy design.

They can put some flowers and greeneries inside the airport spots.

Yes, they need to bring heigene banning consuming of liquid Limestone in battle leaf and also prividing alternative vegetables or fruit producing like strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries instead of battle leaves. The red spits all over Bangladesh villages and towns by uneducated and inheiginic people bring awareness of nutrition education and to take a lots of natural vegetables avoiding battle nut, battle leaves and also liquid limestones. People need to avoid chewing gums too. Bring pay for skilled education from each line of education and technical skills.

I have recently flown with Bahrain Airways and the Bahrain International Airport had the same size but it felt much more spacious and organized. The budget of HSIA Third Terminal is $1,9 Billion USD and Bahrain's new Terminal which opened in 2021 cost them $1,1 Billion. Their Airport was way more advanced, organized and has more shops, lounges etc. Maybe the layouts isn't completely correct.

Will there be more duty free shops on the second floor? Where will lounges be located? Since the 3rd terminal is capable of accommodating Airbus A380-800's, some major airlines such as Emirates and Qatar will definitely need lounges for their First Class and Business Class Passengers. They did mention there will be lounges, but where exactly? It didn't look like it had a designated area for restaurants, shops and lounges.

যখন শুনেছিলাম সিংাপুরের চাংি এয়ারপোর্টের মতো হবে তখন চাংি এয়ারপোটের ওয়াটারফল টা আমার চোখে ভাসতেছিলো। ভাবসিলাম বাংলাদেশেও এইরকম creative কিছু হবে। কিন্তু কি হইলো বাংলাদেশের মাথামোটা গুলার চোখে বিল্ডিং আর চকচকা কিছু ছাড়া আর কিছু চোখে পড়ে না। খুব ই হতাশ হইসি। সিংাপুরের টারমিনাল ৪ এর ভিডিও দেখলে আমার মতো সবাই হতাস হবেন
