When I first saw this movie, I looked for any sign of good in the High Evolutionary, since y’know, villains nowadays usually have some good and bad. I hoped that he cared for Rocket in some way, but you could tell from the moment you saw him how unstable he was. A monster, a narcissist, a man with a god complex.
