I like the build, I adopted Shawzzo’s build idea for sanctuary by fixing up all the homes. Though I’m playing a no mods, all the water at sanctuary is just pilled with water purifiers for me. Using the Purified water to get rich and it works like a charm

Really like the building layout, very organic. Also the boxcar doors for bedrooms were well integrated and a great fit. Also just a tip that I didn't know for about 5 yrs of building, you can turn your hud opacity down in settings if you want to record without it showing. Cool build!
