Warley Club recently held an open day for members and prospective members. Who was doing the scanning? DTG?
They are making a new virgin pendolino for TS2018 so yeah possibly.
Nope, Rapido Trains N gauge
Actually, British OO trains blend very well with American HO trains. British prototypes tend to be smaller because of their older infrastructure and narrower tunnels. My American models actually tend to be visually larger than my British models next to each other on my layout despite OO being a larger scale, lol.
Whoohoo! That's Kit! Great guy. If you meet him, send some greets from the old german Albion member :)
What a refreshing honest interview with Jason....he's really keen but also cares about his customers satisfaction - HORNBY AND BACHMANN TAKE NOTE!!!
jeezus, I hate these things with a passon. Whilst I applaud Rapido's ingenuity with the APT, I can think of much better subjects than a poo-tube pendo. Still, atleast their plates are also turd shaped LOL.
Deposit placed for the DCC version, looking forward to next year's Christmas present to myself.
My Father Raymond was one of the draftsmen who worked on the APT-E. I have just received a huge blueprint from him titled General Arrangement of APT-E Power Car. I thought it got thrown out when we moved to Canada, but he had kept it all this time.
Yep...
Might have to get this???? I was hoping they would do the Atlantic to the right of the APT-E at 7:44
Thats me and MY partner going into cab so proud as im a member of the APT-E Restoration group :) Cant wait to get model :)
Are you intending to get the APT-E running??
We would like to but it would cost that much money that we don't think we will be able to. But never say never ;)
Well I am part of two projects to build a B17 called spirit of Sandringham and a Claud Hamilton D16/2 called Phoenix
Tom C Well good luck with them
Simon Huntington Thank you I am mainly working with the Claud Hamilton Locomotive group but it is going to take a long time
Thank you Andy, Jason and others for taking the time to explain the details we do not normally get. All the best for the project. Les (Ozwarrior)
