Glad you’re taking care of yourself. I’m still in more pain than I think I should be in!!!! Today was 2 months that they did my surgery. Keeps me up at night sometimes 😢

It is hard when pain stops sleep, and surgery on joints can take a long time to heal.

@@daisynailsbykate yes it is. The doctor said it can take at least a good year or longer!! Hoping won’t take that long!

@ my shoulder is getting better but it aches really bad at night, and makes it really hard to get any sleep. I get about 3-4 hours sleep. Then I’m tired all day 😂 What time is it there?

Not to be nosy, but are you doing okay after your surgery or have you had it yet? If it’s not my business, please say so 🌹

@@joygregerson2641 feel free to ask- I’ve been open about it. The surgery was three weeks ago and I’m improving slowly. At the moment the numbness from the incision is becoming less but this means the pain/discomfort is becoming greater. Paracetamol is my friend 🤣

@@daisynailsbykate it’s gradually getting better. Just a long recovery. When your older, sometimes healing takes a little longer 😂

How much older are we talking? I’m in my 50s and recovering from a full abdominal hysterectomy. I’m not bouncing back as quickly as I would like 😂
