As for what I was actually testing; 60 frames per second instead of the usual 48 I work with, finding out my computer will shit itself at around 26-28 or so lights volumetric or otherwise, messing with key frame modes and all of those settings as well as overall trying to perfect my movements as a whole really Also it looked cool so why not?

Side note, obviously I didn’t make the original video as you can tell and I just screen recorded it and edited the audio. Simply put, I just wanted to make the audio worse/better then it already was and that’s where the reasoning begins and ends lol

Ya know, the funny thing is that you can see that this was screen recorded back when I was still going by the name “Calypso” lol- gives you an idea of how long I keep projects in cold storage while working on other equally long term projects, or at least that my sorry ass should get back to work 7-7

So oddly enough, Sfm seemed to change my settings a slight bit- making it so moments and keyframes went a little smoother for some reason- I have no idea why nor do I yet know how to revert back if it’s even the kind of thing I think it is, but I’m also not complaining since it makes my jerky ass movements a lot smoother. So naturally I wanted to test this new stuff out, and thus I present y’all with this~ Mostly I just like Insane so damn much that making a short of it was inevitable, but I also wanted to test out camera movements since we all know how much I seem to love fast paced and almost shaky blurry cam footage you would see in some kind of horror film, so I wanted to try and improve on that as well as my issue I have with over animating the limbs and such of models… That and I wanted to mess around with models that have an actual face and mouth, rather than purely FNAF animatronics who don’t have as much stuff you need to mess with- so I decided I’d challenge myself a little and while I was at it, I figured out new fun things I could do with my editing as well as with Sfm so all in all; “I see this as an absolute win”

Fun fact, I still have no god damned clue what those arrows on the thighs are about- like I really don’t know what the shit those are for ;-;

To be blunt, this is one of those videos I just simply *felt* like making yesterday lmao 🎃

No I really don’t get why my computer or at least my editing software and such will downgrade the quality as when I’m editing it and especially animating it tends to look brighter in Sfm, higher quality in my editing program, etc etc

yes I’m still working on my animation among other projects, to be blunt it’s just taking a longer time to make this one since I’ve learned how to do certain things but in order to make it look good I gotta take time to properly animate it ,_,

the other annoying bit about capcut i should mention is that while my comptuers storage is royally F*cked, my external drive is more than fine- the issue is that capcut seems to not care and i think it is "linked" in a manner of speaking moreso to my computer than the hard drive, so it doesn't work despite me alrady having a solution just right there.

so while i posted it regardless because i have been working on this for the past month i think, you can probably see that for about half the god damn video the quality is really wonky looking... frankly, it pisses me off quite a decent bit because i assure you it looked god damn awesome when i was first editing in the effects and such- until capcut began getting pissy when i added any more clips from the rest of the animation, and would almost kind of disable certain effects that i really wanted to keep since they greatly improved the look of the animation. so i tried to work around this issue by simply uploading the aforementioned clip and then adding it back into the rest but this time just as one single clip rather a few dozen short different ones to get around the issue... much, and i do mean MUCH- to my annoyance; i discovered that the clip in question was now itself a lower quality and even the options literally called "super resolution" and such either did nothing or actively made it look worse some how. but because i have been working on this for so damn long, i uploaded it regardless because, well, i spent a lot of time on this so i'll be damned if im going to just scrap a finished animation because it isn't max quality- at the end of the day the first half of the animation is still watchable and it gets better later on anyways so it's better to upload it regardless rather than give up.

i should make it clear just in case people start getting a bit anxious about how long i might take to finish this and the other thing im working on, i'll finish it when i finish it simply put. no offense but i work as fast as i feel like working and since Im now doing school stuff once more starting today i will likely take longer to finish stuff like this- regardless, i like this song enough to warrant it getting it's own full animation so no worries there. side note, this isn't the main project i'm working on actually- it is now the second one, the first one is also a FNAF animation and i've already gotten to the second chorus on that one so naturally I'm gonna finish that one first then slowly but surely get to work animating this one.
