Easy and Delicious Crab Pasta!
This crab pasta in a simple lemon butter sauce with garlic and white wine is one of the quickest and tastiest recipes you can whip up with minimal ingredients and loads of flavour!
This pasta recipe made with linguine (or other long pasta) and cooked crab is one of the simplest and speediest dishes you will make. Add lemon, garlic, butter a touch of white wine and Parmesan cheese to see how the simplest ingredients can produce remarkable taste.
T his recipe uses already prepared fresh crab. However, if you have access to high quality crab, the pasta dish will taste even better if you cook it yourself! I used premium quality cooked crab from a deli. You can also use good quality canned crab if it’s easier and more affordable. I am not fussy of what type of crab you will use. King crab, brown crab…basically anything you can afford.

INGREDIENTS
½ lbs linguine, spaghetti or pasta of your choice
3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic
75ml/1/3 cup dry white wine
½ lemon, juice only
200g/1 cup ready to eat crab meat
50g/1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Authentic stroganoff has no mushrooms. Why people keep on putting it in? I cant find a proper stroganoff recipe.

There is something sooo satisfying about making soup. It warms the kitchen on a cold day and makes the whole house smell wonderful. I love beets but I’ve never actually made borscht so I will definitely save this and try it some time! Does it matter what kind of stock you use? I don’t usually have pork on hand but I’ve always got homemade chicken, beef, and turkey in my freezer. Any recommendation which would be closest to authentic?

I thought there was something wrong with my phone with how dim this was, but it turns out that's how the video was taken lol. Food looks good though
I tried it and my husband and I didn’t like it, but my son did. It had a very sweet flavor so I added lemon juice, salt, pepper and coconut flakes, it was a little better.

It says vegan, honey is not vegan. You can use agave instead.

Beef Stroganoff is not a Russian dish, it was invented by a French chef!
But it was invented in Russia, for Conde Stroganov. Bœuf Mustard à la Stroganov
@@georgescott6097 there is literally no historical record of who invented Beef Stroganoff but we do know it was invented for the Russian Stroganoff family, hence the name. You might be confusing it with Salad Olivier, which was invented by Lucien Olivier of French and Belgian background. It was still invented in Moscow with a Russian palate in mind.
