It looks like baby boo was fixed at some point in his or her life. They clip The top part of the ear indicating that a vet fixed her or him. And then released the cat.✌️
Wow I never knew that. So that is why a few stray cats I feed have that. I thought maybe it was a cat fight. Thank you for that learning moment. Just trying to help my furry friends out. 😻😻😻
