That was a nice listing, but it's approaching NJ prices! It makes me wonder what is happening down there to drive all this growth.

It’s so confusing to me!! You would think high end out of town families looking to relocate would be chomping at the bit!! There is no secret. Nothing to uncover. Unusual house. Unfortunate that there are not any interior shots. I LOVE Franklin. Franklin is one of the truly CLASSY places to live in the South. It is to Nashville what Buckhead is to Atlanta or - even more so - what Mountain Brook is to Birmingham. It is always a mistake not to include the listing price in an ad. It tends to qualify real prospects much more than it excludes marginal prospects. Most people who can afford a house in Franklin - or any other location - have a very good idea of what they can afford. 40 years in the real estate industry qualifies my opinions.
