Stormsinger relic creates a bouncing bolt of lighting very similar to Static Discharge, but hits a little bit harder. It lets us burst harder by potentially having Rocket Kick trigger Explosive Entrance, Static Discharge, and Stormsinger relic at the same time. In practice, Stormsinger relic adds 1k-1.5k extra damage on every re-engage, and its 3 second internal CD lines up very nicely with Holo Leap. I do miss having the extra sustain from Nayos relic, but having extra reliable burst is hard to pass up. Edit: It was brought to my attention that Guild Objective Aura and Presence of the Keep each provide 25 stats instead of 100 stats. The wiki, gw2skills, and guildjen still show the old, incorrect stat boosts, however, but I confirmed that it is indeed nerfed in-game. I have updated the build accordingly by swapping for Assassin gear instead of Berserker. The gear changes honestly doesn't make a whole lot of difference, and full Marauder is perfectly fine.
