Then it’s most likely because your version of Kontakt is to low to recognize that library. Check the minimum version required for that library to work and update your kontakt to that or higher

Under the desctiption of the video you’ll find the line to enter if you get a permission issue, you’ll see Macintosh HD after you have forced the mounting by entering that line

@@joekeyzzpianoministry382​​⁠the one thing that i know will fix it 100% is for you to boot back in recovery and select reinstall mac osx. No worries it won’t affect any of your files. After that when you’ll redo the steps the last line will definitely go thru

if you get an error that says permission denied while entering some of those lines, enter this line in terminal but replace it with your correct disk number for your Macintosh HD diskutil unmountDisk force /dev/disk1s5 it will say one of the disk can't but it's ok, redo the steps to enter all lines in terminal (no need to go back in recovery) and it will work, even if you get an error with permission, you should be able to replace the 2 files and enter the last line to bless it.

this process only force validate plugins it does not improve how certain plugins work better or not under certain version of logic but if some plugins are not showing in the list do this Close Logic Pro X. Using macOS Finder go to “~/Library/Caches/AudioUnitCache/” (without the quotes). Manually delete the com. apple. audiounits. cache file (to force a complete new plug-ins scan). Re-open Logic Pro X. Reboot the computer (mandatory)

I have done exactly as you said, and got the terminal in recovery mode to say successful. Yet, I still can't add your two files into the Bin folder.

Check that when you enter the terminal lines, none came up with an error, you might have mistyped it

I meant the lines in terminal in regular boot not recovery

After I entered the third line, it writes "volume could not be mounted: resource busy. Mount: /users/MyName/livemount failed with 75." And it keeps doing this.

Boot back in recovery and select reinstall Mac Os (it won’t delete any of your files) then redo the steps and it will work just fine

@@JaySirius either you mistyped one line or you had filefault on and when you turned it off it didn’t have enough time to decrypt the drive

When you say Logic doesn’t open can you please be more specific of what happens when you double click on it
