Motley Crue was arguably the best of 80s girl friendly glam rock. The music was fun and catchy.....I was more of a Iron Maiden, Slayer, Sabbath kind of guy. But lets face it, you weren't taking your girl to see Slayer, and if she was into Slayer, probably not good girlfriend material.

Now I know why Mick Mars is no longer in the band... Vince ate him.

Lots of people still give bad opinions for Vincent, but come on, he is 63 now, we can't return the time to make him or want him had his performance like in his 20 or 30. Of course, i DO AGREE with you guys that mainly we will focusing on Thomas or John because they are the real musicians after all. Nikki ? I don't think about him or care about him after all. For me, MC was dead after Mick left. The true reason i'm here is because of backup dancers and Thomas.

man....micks sound really did make this band....Micks tone alone was HUGE. sorry, but john 5 does not even come close to the sound mick had. He sounds good, and can play the tunes. but man, mick had that big ballsy tone that just filled the rooms by himself

While John 5 did a good job with this song, he is not as good as Mick Mars. Here's the difference, with John 5 you HEAR the music. With Mick, you HEAR and FEEL the music. Mick Mars plays the songs with an emotional depth and power that just hits you in the gut. I think the Crue would have been better off trying to recruit Slash to be the guitar player.

We know he can play guitar just too much for motley Crue I've heard two songs with when it comes to the solo and it's nothing but noise noise noise noise noise noise noise noise not the right fit for motley Crue find another! Make sure not want to listen to them anymore now 🤮

John 5 is a great guitarist, but his sound doesn't fit. It has no growl to it, Mick's was a bear.

All this walking should help Vince’s weight and breathing.

Vince is “singing” the Cliff Notes summary version of the lyrics.

Vince’s first note sounds like he stepped on a cat. You can tell there’s some previously recorded or computerized enhancement in there. Just doesn’t sound like a human voice.

John 5 plays like a rock guitar teacher: precise and clean, but lacking in rawness.

John5 has no stage presence. One of the best guitarists on the planet but is not an entertaining rock guitarist - which is odd given that their stuff isn't hard to play. What was with that ending too btw.

John 5 sounds great. His tone is different than Mars's tone.

The first riff didn't sound right. When Mick plays it he is making this sound of wind to almost roaring then goes into the harmonics with that Floyde Rose. John is good but this song has so much more heavier sound than John's Tele... ..I fell in love with mine

Vince Neil is really bad. I don't know why people don't call him out for forgetting the lyrics constantly in addition to his totally blown out voice. In this video the second verse is completely mumbled. And as for John 5, he is an excellent replacement for MICK MARS. Let us not forget that he retired from touring and The Crue had no choice but to replace him if they wanted to go on. I think they should quit now but if people are still willing to pay the big bucks to hear them play they won't go away!
