the biggest limitation I see is that you need to have a reference censor on the arch being worked on. this will make it very cumbersome to use. and how about when the patient is completely edentulous? I don't see how this could be better than having a surgical guide.

Why final construction is fp3? Why are you improve bone volume by allograft block, then gbr in second surgery, if you made fp-3 construction finally???? That we choose gbr, especially vertical and horizontal, we will provide fp-1 or fp-2 construction after treatment. Are you like of esthetic finally prosthetic construction????

The case presented twice that claimed there is bone gain and had bone grafted at proximal sites which did not mentioned. Maybe this was the reason for the gain and need to appreciate simultaneous GBR as well ?
