Hi doc! I've got a question: Would you call exiting to main menu to undo your decisions or to have knowledge cheating? I do it because it gives me enjoyment and I guess you could say I'm curious as to what your opinion on not exploiting the game vs playing the game one sees fit is.

I've been a bit sick and have been watching these most days, thanks for the wonderful lectures! the gameplay that comes out of these is so interesting with a player who has the skill to take every scrap they're given and your decisions are so well-explained

Obelisk idea: the "most played hand" is locked in when you buy it. Allows you to pivot whenever you want and you don't have to worry about the new hand outgrowing the currently most played one

Campfire is a great card. It feels so fun to use the money you save up in the last ante to gas it up. A very powerful and very fun joker for sure

[spoiler] I feel bad for the streak, sad to see it come to an end :( I tried the seed and played it my way - that is, without straights (which I don't really like). I didn't buy anything apart from Chad in Ante 1, then bought the hermit and copied it twice with the fools. Bought the pants and the run was a breeze afterwards. It features two invisibles (one of which hit my pants), natural negative shortcut and a legendary in Ante 8.

46:20 I would have taken it, one of the big things I've realized by watching you is 5 joker slots aren't necessary for the endgame, so taking an early eternal for survival is fine, theoretically hurts your ability to hold money jokers at the end but better than early d3ath
