I cannot find my gait disturbance... Spastic paraparesis causing extreme spasticity in my quads and hip abductors, with weakness on my right side. I think it would be closest to a unilateral myopathic gait - I use a cane almost as a crutch on my right side, using it to bear weight. But I have no idea what the manifestation of the gait disturbance would be called.

Whenever I have cough, it"s always rapid-sounding like an AR, I'd usually bark 5 - 10 times and more in rapid succession till my throat gets soar. I wonder what is.

Idk y.. but when I heard the dry cough, i just couldn't control my laughter🤣 I've been coughing that way since a week n for 2 whole months last year but i couldn't find out the cough type, how it sounded like, to be sure that yep that is mine... but now I kinda feel relief and assured that yeahh I'm not a psycho who coughs unusual n who's maybe diagnosed with some rare disease😂 coz I have never heard ANYONE in my life coughing that way. So I guess it was a 'happy laugh' lol, like 'happy tears'🤷😂 knowing that it's normal.
