Can someone please tell me what the step material is called in the center bottom row?
We are interested in the Flex Step. Has anyone had them installed in their home? We want to put them in our garage entrance into the house. Was wondering about how the transition is coming into the house, we currently have a threshold that is a bit raised. Also does anyone know what the finish is on the step material shown in this video bottom row, middle sample? Thank you. Bonnie

One question, whats the max weight limit in kg? As an example, can you use this on a person that weighs 120kg?

Hello Mr Shin. Most times you will set the step height to only one height and then use the stairs for rehabilitation training. And then as you progress, you'll adjust the height to a higher step rise. Best regards, Liftup A/S

Hi High, Yes - in the event of power failure or if power to the control system gets disconnected for some other reason, the system will automatically switch to backup mode. This means that the system will continue to work completely normally as power to the lift is supplied by a backup battery. Best regards, Liftup A/S
What stops your feet getting caught inbetween the steps?
The FlexStep has infrared security sensors against squeezing between steps. You can see the infrared safety sensors and some of the safety features in this video: th-cam.com/video/uPIu5EuT-rg/w-d-xo.html.
Hi, I see the safety senzors but, when is winter, what's happened?
Hi Catalin, This depends on how severe the winter is in the region. Snow and ice can have a disturbing effect on the FlexStep and should be removed prior to use. For areas where winters are very cold and where snow and ice is the normal thing, we would not recommend installation a FlexStep outdoors. Best regards, Liftup A/S

I just picked this up for my husband, it is amazing, no pulling, bruising just a clean lift with a reposition to semi-standing.
This is very helpful but is way too expensive.... I am in israel.. It's 19,000shekels here or simply $5,000
