Oui, j'ai l'original Riding the Cold Wind To Valhalla avec toutes les pièces; l'équipage de quatre nains, les deux nacelles et les deux arbalètes automatiques. Il ne me manque que le socle et je n'ai plus la boite. Je vais trouver un moyen de suspendre le modèle dans les airs, peut-être en l'accrochant au sommet d'un conifère. Reste à voir vu le poids, un beau défi à relever. Merci encore pour ton support et ton interaction sur la chaîne, c'est très apprécié.

Yes, I remember that positioning the reins, especially the C22 part, was more difficult. The torso, comprising parts C18 and C19, needed to be fixed at the correct angle first. Otherwise, the C22 reins wouldn't fall into place. I had to adjust the torso slightly before the glue hardened too much to ensure everything fit perfectly. You can see this part of the assembly at minute 6:16. Thank you for sharing your experience; I hope this will help others succeed in their assembly while being wary of this more delicate part of the process.

@@denisgdl Oui, effectivement il me reste à peindre le socle et le bouclier. La vidéo dans laquelle je peins le bouclier est prévue pour ce dimanche. Je prépare actuellement la dernière vidéo de la série dans laquelle je peindrai le socle. Ce fut une très longue série qui aboutira très bientôt. 🙂

You're absolutely right Brent, I didn't have the right brush for the job at that time. Using a larger flat brush for the main walls would have been more effective, while a smaller brush is typically better for trim and edging. I appreciate your feedback, thanks for asking!

But I'm absolutely blown away by the vibrancy of the colors and amazing textures and color nuances you achieved on this model. The cloak, leather, cloth and shield look absolutely out of this world!
