Osb better than mdf
The strength of a thread depends on the length of the fiber. What we see here is super short fiber like dryer lint being spun into thread. Cloth made with this will fall apart quickly, It will tear and will wear holes quickly. Good linen thread is made with fibers a yard long. Good cotton can only be less than 3 inches because that's how it grows. BAD cotton is made from dryer lint and floor sweepings. Clothes made from this thread is intended to be thrown out and replaced often. I am amazed that it holds together long enough to be spooled. Good cotton shirt can last 20-30 years. Shirts made of this might be trash in 2.
Thanks

Waste ok. Bos Is that not only waste.?? 😢
The problem is vrty little in clothing is recycled and growing votton takes a lot of water, you grow one crop and then have yo grow other crops to teplenish the soil. The best alternative is growni industrial hemp as every part pf the plant is used from producing flower to materials for vlothing and materials for replacement pf plastic. Hemp takes very little water to grow and matures in around 6 weeks and adds conditioning onto the soil do the same crop can be replanted in the same soil and get several vrops a year creating a boom for farmers. Hemp clothing is 100 percent recyclable and 100 percent biodegradable and has in geel and look little difference to cotton. Bamboo is another crop that is fast growing and can be made into a variety of products including clothing materials, everyone loves their bamboo socks and shirts and is another booming crop for farmers everywhere. Cotton and fossil fuel based materials should and have to be replaced.
Thank you. Your comments are amazing !

Once you have the MDF can you recycle it one more time to make another MDF? The same with particle board or OSB?
Yes. I can.

who told you the wood is the wastage pollution, foolish
I Hope architect will understand that.
I don't get it. Is your title a question?
Great work
Bullshit !!!!!! The video has one minute a bout recycling concrete and the rest is garbage !!! Even the details of treating old concrete and preparing it are not there !!!! useless talk about statistics and whatever bullshit !!!!!!
It's Amazing 😍🤩😍🤩😍🤩
Интересно, а как быть с вещами, которые сделаны из переработанных материалов? Где-то же есть конец, когда уже нельзя их переработать. Наверное только сжечь. Уверен, что не я один этим вопросом задаюсь.
I m from India and I would like to do this business, but only having budget problem
🎉 good invention and good information, it helpful to all
Thank you !
So much effort.
Thank you to keep clean future
Not a minute in the video and the bullshitmeter is already sky rocketing on the information. Aint see me on your channel again. Do your homework.
what's the name of the factory?
One thing I often thought about would be to twist the plastic bags and overlap them in counter twists like textile fibers are done to make cordage. Cotten fibers are one to one and a half inches while grocery bags are a foot. However, it is likely in a simpler process to shred and extrude them as continuous line. I always liked plastic bottles being cut in a helical pattern to make long strips. Then there is taking plastic bottles and cutting them in vertical strips to make brooms.
Video not recomended. Showing perfekt logs beeing chopped up for MDF production, while talking about sustainability and recycling is evil sarcastic. MDF is regarded the least quality of technical wood material and mostly used because it is cheap. Producing MDF to use otherwise lost wood waste to produce MDF is ok. It has it's use cases. But using perfekt logs to feed our societies 'need' for cheep woodalike beaver puke - a better not.
exactly my thoughts, I saw a lot of nice wood I'd take in a heartbeat :(
WHY woudl ANYONE ever put wood in a landfill, landfills are a fail anyway but wood is at least burnable, always. usable, never a waste.
Recycling plant setting cost in india?? Please reply
Thank you for sharing this excellent video, and promoting the idea that all types of material should be recycled and put to useful use, or in any case, if possible, return it to nature in the same way it was found. I think that all the large industries in the world (under a Kyoto-type international decontamination treaty or agreement) should have the obligation and responsibility to carry out the reverse production process of all the raw materials that the industry uses, once they have been given. low or disused (technically garbage) to return them to nature as I found them, so in this way we would be contributing to stop polluting, to clean and preserve our planet, the only home we have to live. Continue spreading videos that raise awareness about environmental decontamination. success, many greetings from Peru 🇵🇪.
Thank you so much !

The reason MDF was banned by UK is bcs it’s carsoagenek . Want cancer? Use MDF!🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Formaldehyde, yummy! This crap is the new asbestos, congrats.
Unfortunately for the small batteries, people tend to throw them into the trash and they don't look for a place to recycle or remember to bring them to that place. That gives me an idea.
I expect you will collect them at home. 😀😀😀
@@IronHandTech2024 The best situation would be to have subdivided trash containers with items segregated into plastics, food, glass and metal which would dump into a subdivided truck. Something like batteries could be put in a bag placed on the side of the can which the trash man takes and throws in a different compartment. But people likely wont do that. They are slobs. Gathering batteries likely will have to work on a non-paid system people would like to do.
@@lewisdoherty7621 That's right. Humans are the laziest species. Especially with things that don't see immediate consequences.

Annoying music
Sorry. I will improve this. Thank you very much.
Use this new technology called MUTE
@@Djcirrussr22 The technology of the mute button is not that advanced that it mutes the music and leaves the voice on. If there is , please enlighten us.
You only problem with MDF board. It's not good for furniture. After a year or 2, it falls apart. Get it wet and just Deteriorates, it can be used for speakers and a few other things furniture. No, it will not hold up. It will not understand any. Moisture unless they've developed some sort of additive to keep it from getting wet but the minute Is m d f gets wet It starts to fall apart. It's not good for furniture
It will be worth it if you use it properly.
Exactly, keep it dry… toilet paper rolls get ruined when they are soaked too….
Cancer board
Why do they totally destroy the long wood fibres to dust and stick the dust together with lots of glue. I can't see the logic???????
You know. It is much more difficult to firmly bond and secure the long fibers of wood than to grind them.
In order to make the performance uniform and the surface delicate. If you want to do something like kitchen cabinet door carving, you have to use them.
engineered wood is similar to hot dog is made up of scraps and unknown parts. the problem with engineered wood is moisture or movements destroy the engineered wood in a hurry.
Wood chips would be far more valuable in OSB sheets for the construction sector.
Really renovation technology to make full use of wood, MDF is good to use for millwork and woodwork project
Actually, turns that MDF is even better than real wood for woodworking and carpentry (well, mostly). It comes in prefabricated panels, straight, flat and squared which is almost impossible with real wood, and even if wood is dry-processed and low on moisture, it still can bend, twist, expand or shrink over time because of nature of fibers. This is rare example of recycling where end product is more usable than original one.
Anyone add up the cost to the environment of the numerous equipment and factories that mulch up the wood to make mdf?
The price of the environment is always high. Therefore, resolving the conflict between cost and environmental protection is always a difficult thing that people need to aim for.
