I agree the new direction is not up to Amouage standards. I do like interlude black iris though. The rest like enclave, meander, purpose, boundless etc are meh. Not as good and exciting as the previous direction.

I know the scent from the 80s and still like to buy it. Unfortunately, it is difficult to find in Switzerland. I hope I'll be back in the Netherlands soon and I'm looking forward to a fresh Heineken and an Frikandel special 🙂

Amazing cologne

i recently blind bought joop homme le parfum and i really dont know how to feel about it. on one hand it smells definitely sophisticated and high quality and gets compliments every time i wear it, on the other hand i just wish they (who ever the perfumer is) could kinda soften the lavender note by adding few more notes in the opening since its strong and cloying and gives cough syrup vibes

I started wearing Grey Flannel earlier this year after Geo F Trumper discontinued their Ajaccio Violet cologne line. I wanted something similar that had Violet leaves and flowers as a heart note and this was recommended. I do enjoy the old school classic fragrances

This is great vintage content. I love Kouros and Furyo. I have 6 bottles of Kouros 5 vintage and 1 new. The vintage is way better. I have 1 bottle of Furyo,it's amazing. I'm going to recommend this channel to all my vintage loving friends.

I always found it harder to find fresher scents i like but lately there are quite a few. Favourites are Mixed Emotions - Byredo and Clary Fig - Carl Kling

The longevity of the fragrance is absolutely beast mode. I had accidentally sprayed Herod on the same part of my hand a few hours later and the next day, after washing my hands a few times in the meanwhile, I could still smell Perseus (no Herod anymore) which really surprised me. It's not a super unique fragrance, to be honest, but the quality and longevity is really outstanding for me and I can't get enough.

Picked this up yesterday, I really like it a lot. Im not a huge fan of citrus or fresh frags either. It smells very similar to bath and body works aromatherapy orange and ginger lotion. This fragrance is long lasting. Wearing it now and can still detect it 14 hours later.
