Getting Invited to a Stranger's Wedding - Part 2
มุมมอง 2.7K8 หลายเดือนก่อน
Here is part two of the India vlog where we experienced not one wedding ceremony but 3! This family, these people and this country will forever have a place in my heart. I'd written at 23 called the 30 before 30 list, I had on there 'get invited to a Stranger's wedding' (#29) was on the list and I'd always wanted to experience the culture of India and their weddings. So the fact that the two we...
Getting invited to a Stranger's Wedding (in India)
มุมมอง 2.3K8 หลายเดือนก่อน
The stars fully aligned on this one and I'll be forever grateful that they did because it was the most incredible experience. Mainly because of the people that we had the opportunity to meet along the way. Funnily enough, on the list I'd written at 23 called the 30 before 30 list, I had on there 'get invited to a Stranger's wedding' (#29) and I'd always wanted to experience the culture of India...

What death has taught me about life
มุมมอง 768 หลายเดือนก่อน
I discovered how many weeks I might have left to live, if I live to be 85.3 years old. And lately, death has been omnipresent in my life. But this funny thing has been happening, it's actually been something that has been showing me how to LIVE MORE. Do you ever think about death and dying? How does it make you feel? We explore this idea in my 8-week program called 'Living Limitlessy' - a progr...

Thanx for all this great info!❤
Great video
What’s the suite name that are you in?
annoying travel mates ..
This is AMAZING❤
I randomly found you while doing research into the EBC trek as I'll be embarking on my trek from Aus in Dec. Do you have any tips for a fellow Aussie? Also, I found that a few of your videos struck a chord with me. I held off bucketlist accomplishments and adventure to further my career, and am now only starting the 'what the flip am I doing with my life' phase. At least you started at 23, I'm only just starting at 31! Your content is of great quality and you definitely should be receiving more views. Good luck on getting through your list and make sure to upload videos for number 11 and 1, i'd love to see/do them.

Mastering fear and discomfort through deep breathing and cold water therapy is definitely magical and way better than any pharmaceutical medication 😊
Deep!
Damn, what a point!🤌🏼💯
Thanks for sharing your tips. I really encourage you to add on a bit about packing out your trash and how important that is - trash accumulation has been shocking in the past and tourist responsibility and participation is key to helping prevent mountains and fields of garbage. Also worth mentioning that's another good reason not to buy plastic water bottles. Thanks again!
Why didn't i found this video sooner
Could you share the link for the water filter pouch, please?
I think this is an interesting video with interesting questions. I, personally try to avoid discomfort. I did an experiment in 2018 where I basically lived in a tent and travelled with a rowing boat, from island to island in a very large lake. After that I started taking on more and more challenges in terms of pushing my own limits. Then, unfortunately, the Covid pandemic hit. I have to say that being homeless, while in a pandemic, was very difficult. It´s not the type of discomfort you´d want, because there was a risk of getting seriously ill. Also, it was a lot about how other other people in society reacted. Everybody went in this ultimate "fear & panic mode" and it was incredibly hard to co-operate with people. I learned that fear and panic really do shut people down, cognitively. They are less open to ideas and less likely to be hospitable and welcoming. It even went so far in Finland that some people who didn´t want to get vaccinated got legally harassed and some people even got arrested and fined for "jeopardizing" common safety. Many people don´t know this but Finland was, in fact, under what can be described as a type of "totalitarian legal system", for the 1st time after WW2. It´s not exactly martial law but it is a legal system that can be mandated in exceptional situations, which basically take away a lot of basic human rights in Finland, for everyone. Think about it. You don´t want to take the vaccine? You are posting online videos where you encourage other people to do the same? Now there was a legal system in place that could interfere with your basic rights. The whole disinformation vs information campaign. People got more and more confused about everything. So people were afraid and confused but also panicking here and there, depending on the situation. In a lot of ways I think I´ve gone backwards during and after covid, and I think it´s because of the experiences during Covid... and I was homeless at the time. Luckily you can survive the summer in a tent in Finland, but it´s a lot less comfortable that many lifestyle gurus advertise. I personally need a comfortable bed to sleep as I sleep very lightly and sleeping in a tent is totally not my thing. I haven´t tried tentsile yet but I might. After you get over your own fears you still, STILL end up being owned by EVERYONE else´s fears and paranoia... Now I understand why monks go to the mountains the get away from people.
This ain't "Wim Hof method", these are ancient breathing techniques called pranayam from India and Yogic culture. Please give the proper respect to Brown culture for creating these breathing techniques 🙏
How is it this video only has 258 views? It should have at least 100,000...

You are wrong about best time to go…Oct Nov Dec is winter and freezing here in the northern hemisphere . And I am sure even your groups do not go. March to August is the best time to go because it is summer and warmer !
I heard May was the best time
I'm planning for june. I hope it's not too dangerous.
great video! i was hoping to find something like this, as my main ideal is "there are no rules!" and its great when people know that nothing society says is required to be followed and you can be anything!
you presse it twice? why?😆🤣
Very well said ❤. You Should be a Counselor for People. God bless you..😏

That was deep ❤
What did she say at 550 something
Go inside whilst alone ( shut off & isolat÷d from others. Rock bottom worked well for me ) make sure it's dark & just go deep inside. Use the relaxation techniques used at the beginning of hypnosis videos ( doesn't matter what it's for just use a mixture of these like Joe t & Susan from unlock your life ect where I started fall of 2018 & MUCH came to me. Seek God as ALL ELSE is temporary & a lie as is just partial truth
Very inspiring video, just the kick in the bum i needed to start planning my trip to base camp. Thanks Monique 😊
You are welcome!! You should make it happen! You won’t regret it 😄😄

WHAT’S ON YOUR LIST THIS YEAR? Tell me in the comments 👇🏼
Bro Indian wedding has totally different songs. Even most our own Indian songs don't fit into that. I m preety sure most of them felt bored when you played English song... Wedding song is something that has to dance beat and most importantly any kind of worst choreography should be get fit on that song😂😂
It was a bit of fun and they wanted us to do it even if we didn’t want to 😂
This was a treat to watch!! Hope this reaches more people!
Ohh that’s so kind of you to say!! I really appreciate you being here 🙂
Very nice..❤❤ love from India ❤
Thank you!! Appreciate you being here ❤
I guess all are Marathi
Pleasure to meet you! India offers a plethora of sights to behold, with each state boasting its own unique architecture, natural landscapes, cultural diversity, and culinary delights. Indian people tend to be quite emotional, placing high value on relationships with friends, relatives, family, and love, prioritizing giving over receiving. Curious to know? what you were eating in America to develop such a high tolerance for spicy food!
India is incredible! The people even more so. I was completely blown away by the history and culture and am really glad we got to visit so many temples and learn from so many locals. And I couldn’t agree more, Indian people give more than they receive. It was insane to experience! But again so grateful ♥️ Haha well I’m Australian and I have no idea. I just love anything spicy or hot 🌶️ We’re still yet to find a hot thing for me to try in India 😂😂
@emedved Well, I thought I had a knack for pinning down a person's country by their accent, but boy, was I in for a reality check! 😅 I guess only thing which is more spicy than some indian food is thorium, But i wont recomend that. But since you eat that atomic green chilli chutney like a boss you are officially qualified to get Indian citizenship. FYI green chilli chutney is gona file a defamation case agains you. I like ths vlog, seems like you are a seeker. i wish you find what you seek.
Hey... love from India ❤
