Honestly after season 1 this show just went downhill. The shield hero being stronger than all 3other heroes combined makes the entire " We need thr 4 heroes" schtick just meaningless. The 3 other heroes are retards with amnesia who keep forgetting Naofumi's good deeds. And they're rehashing the Malty turns everyone against Naofumi story again even after she's been publicly outed as a liar.

FYI, people simp for horrible people like this in real life, even after the proof is shown that they're horrible people. Many would even go as far as to go into complete denial that he/she ever did anything wrong, either justifying it, straight up ignoring it, or choosing to believe in misinformation despite the facts laid out in front of them. And this is usually because the said terrible person offers something to them, be it a carrot they'll never give, a sense of security, sex, or simply for agreeing with them on something because they're that desperate to believe in something.
