Did you try to disable ModSecurity for a try :)

In my case I had LAN connection but was unable to open some web addresses. Ticking off "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" fixed the issue.

Does anyone of you have a problem with messenger on a computer giving him "no internet connection" even though the person has internet?! And could it be from the messenger update itself. Because everything else opens it for me but only in messenger it says "no internet connection" I think the problem is not in the internet because I can open any other sites without problems like TH-cam,Imdb,gmail and other websites and they don't say "no internet connection". .. This problem for me is only the facebook and messenger websites... Only there it gives me this error that "there is no internet connection when in reality I have internet which is 94 megabits from a cable router. And on the instagram website this error" no internet connection* it's gone ??!!... Help...Could it be because the versions of the facebook and messenger websites are not updated with those on the phone or do I have a virus ?! Please help! Do I have to wait for them to update themselves on the computer?! After I don't have these problems on my phone, or should I reinstall my computer after I don't have a problem with the Internet?!...
