I need some more light on the structures that pass behind the medial malleolus is there a flexor policies longus in the lower limb the one I know is in the upper limbs if am not wrong then it needs to be edited to flexor digitorum longus

In the biceps Transverse axis, bicepital tendon suppose to be in the bicepital grove and transverse numeral ligaments doesn’t seems to be stable, is there some pathology?

Does oa synovitis take up Doppler signal?
Yes. Every inflammation in joint they are hyperemia on Color Doppler.
The medial malleolar tendons are according to mnemonic "Tom DIck and Harry"-- Tibialis post. FDL (not pollicus!) and Hallulcis
