Kingsong S18 Repair - Replace EUC Bearing / Grinding Noise
มุมมอง 3.2K2 ปีที่แล้ว
In this video I'd share the way I replaced my Kingsong S18 bearings. The bearings apparently start to produce some grinding noise. Turns out it caused by rusty ball inside the bearing. I replaced mine with NTN 6203ZZCM which has zinc cover rather than rubber seal used on original S18. But you could use any other bearing as long as it coded 6203. Look for it's datasheet if those bearing could su...

Embedded System Using Nuvoton NUC140VE3CN and RTOS : Tank Controller
มุมมอง 5218 ปีที่แล้ว
This is a simple application of RTOS running on embedded system Nuvoton NUC140VE3CN. There are 3 tasks each of them will be executed by single microprocessor at the same time. The RTOS used to schedule the task switching. Task 1 : ControlMovement. Scan input from keypad matrix, pass it thorugh a state machine to produce corresponding output to Motor Driver Task 2 : The Cannon : Read value from ...

      Check if the axle of the wheel is tighten properly. Loosen axle could also cause this. If it's still shaking then it might be the motor could not controlled correctly. This can be caused by hall sensor error (inside the motor) or the motherboard.

    i would regreese those bearings with vacuum method with some marine grease. As rotation speed is not so fast, bearings should be full of grease, not half of them.

      Apparently this thing caused by many factors. Could be from loosen allen bolt that holds the axle. Could be from bad hall sensors. Or could be mainboard issues. In my case it was mainboard issues. Replaced it and it works well now.

      I believe mine is the motor hall sensor, atleast thats what the app said i made sure to unplug the power wire out before it burn my motherboard from over current

      @erichps8124 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@emaginthat169 yes. mine was showing motor hall sensor too in the app. but after checking the hall sensor it was working well. Apparently in my case, the reading from the hall sensors was not reaching the CPU in the mainboard. So I ended up replacing the whole mainboard to fix the issue.

    as an electric motor mechanic and rewinder... NEVER use a shielded bearing on these electric unicycles!!! The double sealed 6203LL was much better as it's sealed!! That shielded bearing will last maybe 1/4 as much as the sealed one it had.

    • @erichps8124
      @erichps8124 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for that information. I have to admit that I possess little to no knowledge about bearings. Do you mind sharing with us why sealed bearings is better than shielded bearing for this euc? Is it able to provide more protection against dirt or other contaminants? Honestly, I used 6203zzcm zinc because that's the only 6203 that I could found in my local store and it said it had less friction. Nevertheless, to all viewers of this video, I'll leave the choice of bearings type to you. As long as it is 6203.

    • @DumbThumbsFPV
      @DumbThumbsFPV 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@erichps8124 The sealed bearings are better because they are sealed from dirt and dust. Shielded bearing are not. What I find weird is how KingSong and others don't use a bearing retainer and oil seals on their main bearings as these things would make it possible for the bearing space to be grease packed like a wheel bearing on a car, motorcycle,trailer,bicycle... A 6203 bearing is just too small as well for this kind of weight. They could have easily used a 6304LL or 6305LL and that would have been much better. A 6203 is a very small bearing size used for light weight rotors in small motors.

      Hi. Tutorial menggunakan RTOS pada CooCox sudah sangat lengkap dijelaskan di user guide CoOs. Nama filenya CooCoox CoOs User Guide. Kalau untuk PWM di Nuvoton singkatnya sebagai berikut : 1. Tentukan mau pakai pin GPIO yang mana (tentunya yang support PWM - lihat datasheet). 2. Enable PWM Clock 3.Pilih clock source yang akan digunakan untuk PWM 4.Kemudian setting prescalernya. Untuk project di video di atas, lebih lengkap bisa dilihat di bitbucket.org/erich_ps/meinpanzer Inisialisasi PWM ada di file InitEverything.c
