BREWING COFFEE AT HOME | Pour over method using stainless steel mesh cone filter
I agree that the brewing is taking place very quickly through those grounds. I am currently using a caféLissimo filter. Mine is too slow and I am thinking I must not have the right grind.
Your really oversaturating the coffee and turning that into a coffee maker taste
Thanks for the demo
Thank you.
it looks like the water goes down very fast which will result to under extraction of the grounds.
yeah I noticed that too, do you have any suggestion for that?
@@Ahmad_Taher. if the filter is fine enough, try to go for a fine grind --- much like an espresso. however, if the screen is is unable to filter such fine grind, u can add another layer using coffee filter.
are u still using this mesh cone filter? have u encountered slowness during the dripping?
I have a metal mesh like this and it feels faster than with paper.
Why preheat the filter?
reduce heat loss i bet
Where did you get that cone filter?
Amazon sells these cone filters.
Skip to 1:45 to get to actual use of filter
No sugar added?
Sugar is a preference. But usually most coffees don’t require any if you have cream.
I also have the same question. How many grams ?
I used 24g coffee beans to 360ml water
How many grams per cup
2tbsp for 8-10 oz
@@vanessac0382 which is approx 30 GM's for anyone wondering
