omg the art style looks gorgeous and i love the LI's!! would've been amazing if there was full character customization (a bit similar to my candy love)! would love to see that option in the future seeing as most otome games don't have it. and dressing up the mc in 90's clothes/hairstyles would be so fun!

If you can switch genders, it's not an otome it's a dating sim. Please use the right words. Otome are a type of Japanese video game that are story-based, romance-focused, and marketed towards women. The word "otome" literally translates to "maiden".

The burly guy part of the prologue made me laugh. I found the Vtuber kid adorable but... I honestly just don't really get the plot of the story and when I read walkthroughs I can't understand if I have to spend 150 hearts or 25 hearts to get the happy end. I really hate these love choice games...

Found this version on the google play store. Not sure if I want to play it, if it’s not on my iPhone.

I tried to find that app on the Apple App Store and they only have the one with the female characters not the male. I might still try it if it isn’t gender locked to you being a male main character. I hope that if they allow you to be a female main character that the exercises are ment for females and not just males.

I'll wait for a sale. It sucks how companies from mobile are not making physical copies of their games when they release on switch. Yes it may cost more for them to make but they're already selling well digitally. As a consumer it's nice to have the option to either keep my copy or sell it to someone else who wants to have a physical copy.

It definitely is weird when you come across a love interest with a western name, and you personally know someone with that name. I've also got a younger brother named Xavier, so I'd pass on any love interests with that name too. I enjoyed the Voltage USA Lovestruck app, even though I only played a couple of routes. I'm looking forward to playing the demo for Snowkissed Romance. <3

omg i remember voltage usa. I used to not like the realistic artwork so I ignored most of them except for speakeasy tonight because the setting was so unique at the time. I hope we get a game like that again.

It's so funny watching yall talk smack about the corporate parts of this game. I don't work in corporate and generally hate office romance setting in my shoujo/josei anyways so I was mostly skipping thru the office mumbo jumbo and didn't pay attention to how accurate it might have been or not. It took me like a week to finish this game I think it took like 25 hrs despite it having so many routes it might have been my shortest play time for a Japanese otome game so far.

I played Princesses in the Mirror for a little bit but it is a game that requires payments for the special date outfits. I believe there was also gacha as well but I can't recall at the moment.

I really liked MirPri...thing is though, Court of Darkness is much better. I think if they'd maybe 'wrapped up' Court of Darkness and then focused all the attention on MirPri, it would've been so much better, because they had good stories, awesome characters who I totally fell in love with, and I saw on the JP app in the store they were teasing some side characters that we never got :( The art was a little lackluster...and I wish they had voices...but the stories were good! I didn't realize until I started typing this how salty I am about the loss of MirPri. I loved Luca the most but Falko and Farris were really good too. I was hoping to see some Dirk in my life </3. I uninstalled it and I refused to read Vincent's second story because I just...I feel betrayed...I bought almost all the premium content in the game, thinking it'd be worthwhile since it was a brand new game and I'd get my money's worth out of it. And it wasn't. Super disappointed. I actually uninstalled all of Voltage's apps at first but Can We Start Over got me sucked in to Love365 again...sheesh...

When lovestruck was here i played 5 of the characters in Astoria fates kiss. I still have the downloaded Cgs on my phone.

I do have some hope that other three Voltage switch games will be good or at least one of them. I wasn't as big a fan of Even if Tempest but maybe their next titles will be better. I did play some Lovestruck titles. I am glad I didn't invest money into Lovestruck but I did play some the titles Even if I didn't get too into it due to the vast amount of seasons. I didn't notice Astoria was out I'd Switch. I think I forgot the release date had passed. Sometimes I don't realize when games release. I will hold off when it goes on sale since I have a lot of other games I have to get. It is good to have one of Love truck's titles on switch Even if it isn't all the content. Since I can tell it is only part of it. But Voltage never posts all the content of a game to the switch versions or all the characters. Which isn't an issue usually but with Astoria not really having an app version to buy the rest of the content. But at least, it is something. I am hoping more of Lovestruck's titles may be ported along with other voltages {hopefully the older one's. Please BMP and Dreamy Days port} I did Play one route if Princess in the Mirror when it came out. It was okay. It kind of not that unique or interesting as other titles. I can see why they aren't updating it. It wasn't bad but after playing it for a short while it didn't keep my interest. It was a cute game but I just don't think it had long staying power as a game. I think, it is fine for a bit but I think a lot of people may have lost interest in shortly after playing the routes.

Voltage Inc. as a company is always really strange and funny to me whenever I look at what they are doing. They always seem so slow at keeping up with the times either for good or bad. Like with the console releases and slow decisions. Something screams very sterotypical corporate old man. I was a big fan of the Voltage USA stuff and was heavily involed in online spaces during the Lovestruck era so I would consider myself quite informed and a fan. As I am queer, having queer romance but also queer themes, diverse casts or settings was something refreshing and different from the usual stuff back in the day. The orignal app stories are well archived on TH-cam by fans during the shut down which is nice (I think there were also attempts to recreate the app too). They are starting with Astoria, but it has one of the routes missing and side stories I think so it is a bit incomplete. But I do appreciate the attempt at preservation. (I think this is a thing with their Love365 ports too, right?). But if this one is successful I can see them proting the other completed ones to make a quick buck, so I guess I hope they make it to more of my fave stories.
